The invention discloses an environment-friendly treatment method for glass fiber reinforced plastic waste and application of recycled glass substances. The environment-friendly treatment method comprises the following process steps: 1, crushing the glass fiber reinforced plastic waste into fragments with the maximum size of 20cm; 2, putting the glass fiber reinforced plastic fragments into a pyrolysis device; the pyrolysis device is provided with a pyrolysis area located at the upper side position and a combustion area located at the lower side position, a feeding port of the pyrolysis area is located at the top of the pyrolysis area, and a slag outlet of the combustion area is located at the bottom of the combustion area; part of organic substances in the glass fiber reinforced plastic fragments entering the pyrolysis device are pyrolyzed in the pyrolysis area, and then the glass fiber reinforced plastic fragments enter the combustion area to be combusted to remove residual organic substances and deposited carbon, so that molten substances are obtained; and 3, the molten substances are discharged from a slag outlet of the pyrolysis device and are utilized. According to the invention, small blocky glass fiber reinforced plastic fragments are pyrolyzed and incinerated by the one-furnace two-zone pyrolysis device to generate molten glass substances with impurities not exceeding 1% for recycling, and the method has the technical characteristics of low investment cost, high recovery purity and good environmental protection property.
本发明公开一种玻璃钢废料环保处理方法及所回收玻璃物质用途。所述环保处理方法包括下列工艺步骤:1.将玻璃钢废料破碎为最大尺寸20cm的碎片;2.将玻璃钢碎片投入热解装置内;所述热解装置具有处在上侧位的热解区、处在下侧位的燃烧区,热解区的投料口处在热解区的顶部处,燃烧区的出渣口处在燃烧区的底部处;进入热解装置的玻璃钢碎片,由热解区将玻璃钢碎片中部分有机物质热解,再进入燃烧区,燃烧去除剩余有机物质及积碳,获得熔融物质;3.熔融物质从热解装置出渣口排除并利用。本发明将小块状玻璃钢碎片,经一炉两区热解装置热解和焚烧,生成杂质不超过1%的熔融态玻璃物质进行再利用,具有投资成本低、回收纯度高、环保性好的技术特点。
