Counterweight adjusting method for whole process of closure section construction
The invention discloses a counterweight adjusting method in the whole process of closure section construction. A stress sensor is installed on the upper portion of a suspender, and a pressure sensor is installed at the bottom of a water tank; the sum of the data of the stress sensors is the weight of the closure section, the data of the pressure sensors is the weight of the corresponding water tanks, and the design ballast weight of each water tank is calculated; controlling the water pump to add water to the corresponding water tank, and stopping adding water under the feedback of the pressure sensor until the corresponding water tank reaches the designed ballast weight; after the closure section reinforcing steel bars are in place, the unloading amount of the corresponding water tank is calculated, the water pump is controlled to drain water to the corresponding water tank, and under feedback of the pressure sensor, stopping is conducted till the unloading amount of the corresponding water tank is reached; and in the pouring process, the real-time unloading amount of the corresponding water tank is calculated, the water pump is controlled to drain water to the corresponding water tank, and under feedback of the pressure sensor, the corresponding water tank is kept to meet the requirement of the real-time unloading amount all the time. According to the method, the counterweight weight is accurately adjusted in the whole process of closure section construction, so that the elevation of a beam body is not changed all the time in the construction process.
