Orthotropic bridge deck top plate-U rib crack reinforcing component and reinforcing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge structures, in particular to an orthotropic bridge deck top plate-U rib crack reinforcing component and a reinforcing method thereof. The reinforcing component comprises an angular reinforcing part and a magnetic top supporting part. The angular reinforcing piece is arranged at the welding seam position and comprises a first supporting foot connected with the top plate in a bonded mode, a second supporting foot connected with the U-shaped rib in a bonded mode and stiffening ribs arranged at intervals. The magnetic top supporting piece is obliquely arranged below the angular reinforcing piece, one end of the magnetic top supporting piece is movably connected with the top plate in a magnetic mode, and the other end of the magnetic top supporting piece is movably connected with the U-shaped rib in a magnetic mode; the magnetic top supporting pieces are embedded into spaces formed by the adjacent stiffening ribs, the first supporting foot and the second supporting foot through the wedge-shaped steel blocks and serve as temporary supports to support angular reinforcing pieces. According to the reinforcing component, the relative rigidity between the top plate and the U rib can be greatly improved, the anti-fatigue performance of the structure is improved, expansion of existing cracks is restrained, and the durability of the structure is improved; and meanwhile, the magnetic top supporting piece is convenient to construct and can be recycled.
本发明涉及桥梁结构技术领域,尤其是涉及一种正交异性桥面顶板‑U肋裂纹加固构件及其加固方法。本发明的加固构件包括角形加固件和磁吸顶撑件;角形加固件设置于焊缝位置,包括与顶板粘结连接的第一支脚、与U肋粘结连接的第二支脚和间隔设置的加劲肋;磁吸顶撑件斜向设置于角形加固件下方,一个端部与顶板磁吸活动连接,另一个端部与U肋磁吸活动连接;磁吸顶撑件通过楔形钢块嵌于相邻的加劲肋与第一支脚和第二支脚形成的空间,作为临时支架支撑角形加固件。本发明的加固构件能够大幅提升顶板与U肋间的相对刚度,提升结构的抗疲劳性能,抑制已有裂纹的扩展,提高结构的耐久性;同时磁吸顶撑件施工便捷、可循环利用。
