The flood prevention and water retaining device comprises a water storage bag used for storing liquid, a mounting assembly is arranged at an opening of the water storage bag and comprises a mounting base, the side wall of the mounting base is fixedly connected with a bag opening of the water storage bag, and a front-back through channel is formed in the side wall of the mounting base; the channel is communicated with the inner cavity of the water storage bag; a water baffle is installed in the channel, a driving assembly is installed between the water baffle and the installation base, and the driving assembly can drive the water baffle to seal the channel. The flood prevention and water retaining device aims at solving the problems that in the prior art, after sand bags are filled, the weight is obviously increased, the carrying distance is long, labor is wasted, and in emergency, a large amount of manpower is needed for rapidly laying the sand bags.
本发明涉及一种防汛挡水装置，包括用于存放液体的储水袋，所述储水袋的开口处设置有安装组件，所述安装组件包括安装座，所述安装座的侧壁与储水袋的袋口固定连接，所述安装座的侧壁上开设有前后贯通的通道，所述通道与储水袋的内部空腔连通；所述通道内安装有挡水板，所述挡水板与安装座之间安装有驱动组件，所述驱动组件能够带动挡水板封闭通道。目的在于提供一种防汛挡水装置，以解决现有技术中沙袋在装填后重量显著增加，搬运距离远时较为费力，且在紧急情况下，快速布设沙袋需要大量人力的问题。
