The method comprises the following steps that S1, manual hole digging pile holes are checked and accepted, and main reinforcing steel bars and stirrups of the reinforcing steel bar holes are subjected to sample turning and discharging and manually carried out to the outside of the holes to be stored; s2, checking an orifice #-shaped frame, and setting up color strip cloth on the top of the orifice #-shaped frame; s3, arranging an air blower at an orifice; s4, protecting the base anchors, and meanwhile, mounting a simple crawling ladder; s5, a certain number of stirrups are arranged in the holes, and the main reinforcements are sequentially hoisted in place one by one; s6, after the main reinforcements are fixed, the stirrups penetrate through the upper opening of the reinforcement cage from top to bottom one by one according to the number of the remaining stirrups; s7, after one section of reinforcement cage is installed, the next section of reinforcement cage is installed upwards; s8, in-hole operating personnel alternately move upwards through rest pedals to complete lifting of the working face, climbing ladders are reduced synchronously from bottom to top, dependence of large hoisting equipment can be eliminated, a reinforcing steel bar machining field is not needed in the field, and reinforcing steel bars can be manually transferred to the field after being manufactured and machined outside the field.
