Deep foundation pit inclined supporting process and supporting device
The deep foundation pit inclined supporting technology comprises the following steps that S1, a preset number of inclined supporting devices are prepared in advance, each inclined supporting device is of a hollow structure, at least one flow guide opening is formed in the side wall of each inclined supporting device, and a protection structure is arranged on the outer side of each flow guide opening; s2, the deep foundation pit is measured on site, and the implantation position and the inclination angle of the inclined supporting device are determined; s3, implanting the inclined supporting device into a preset position according to a preset inclination angle; and S4, the protection structure is expanded from the interior, and the outer side of the flow guide opening is controlled to form a flow guide area. Through the design of the protection structure, the opening size of the flow guide opening can be increased, the supporting strength of the inclined supporting device is enhanced, and the stability of the inclined support of the deep foundation pit is guaranteed.
本发明提供深基坑斜支撑工艺及支撑装置,包括如下步骤:S1、预先制备预定数量的倾斜支撑装置,所述倾斜支撑装置为中空结构且侧壁至少开有一个导流开口,所述导流开口外侧设置有防护结构;S2、现场对深基坑进行测量,确定倾斜支撑装置植入的位置以及倾斜角度;S3、将倾斜支撑装置按照预定倾斜角度植入预定位置;S4、从内部将防护结构撑开,控制导流开口外侧形成导流区域。通过防护结构的设计能够增大导流开口的开口大小,该发明增强了倾斜支撑装置的支撑强度,保证了深基坑斜支撑的稳定。
