The second damping spring is connected between the damping block and the second supporting plate; and the damping layer is arranged between the pipe gallery body and the second anti-seismic part. And through comprehensive application of the anti-seismic part and the damping layer, the stability and safety of the underground pipe gallery in an earthquake are remarkably improved.
