The invention relates to the technical field of riverbed desilting, and particularly discloses hydraulic engineering desilting equipment which comprises an extraction mechanism and a connecting pipe connected with the extraction mechanism, and is characterized by further comprising a desilting head structure detachably connected with the connecting pipe; the desilting head structure comprises an inner pipe communicating with the connecting pipe, an outer pipe capable of rotating based on the inner pipe, a connecting cylinder detachably connected with the outer pipe and a desilting protection structure arranged at the end of the connecting cylinder. The inclined adjustable assembly is arranged on the periphery of the outer pipe and used for preventing the desilting protection structure from sinking to the bottom, and the local silt oscillation assembly is arranged on the periphery of the desilting protection structure. The problem that a suction head on a traditional suction pipe cannot work at the optimal desilting position is solved.
