The invention discloses a tunnel fire-fighting normal-high-pressure water supply device which comprises a high-position water tank arranged at the top of a tunnel and a low-position water tank arranged beside the tunnel, and further comprises a bag body arranged at a tunnel opening, and the high-position water tank is communicated with a fire-fighting pipeline system in the tunnel through a pipeline. A water pumping pipe is communicated between one end of the bag body and the low-position water tank, and a water conveying pipe is communicated between the other end of the bag body and the high-position water tank. Before a vehicle enters the tunnel, the bag body can decelerate the vehicle, so that the driving safety of the tunnel is ensured; after the bag body is rolled by a vehicle, water in the bag body can be pumped into the high-position water tank through the water conveying pipe, then the bag body can suck water in the low-position water tank again through the water pumping pipe, and the circulation is carried out, so that the water in the low-position water tank is supplied into the high-position water tank. According to the tunnel fire-fighting normal-high-pressure water supply device, water pumping devices such as a water pump do not need to be arranged, water pumping is achieved by fully utilizing kinetic energy of a running vehicle, and power consumption of a tunnel system is reduced.
