The invention relates to the field of building construction, and discloses an assembly type construction formwork for buildings, which comprises two main formworks which are oppositely arranged, presser foot plates are arranged at the bottoms of the main formworks and side formworks, and a plurality of reinforcing secondary edges are fixedly connected to the outer side ends of the main formworks. The inner side end of the main formwork is further provided with a plurality of opposite-pull screws, and the two ends of the opposite-pull screws penetrate through the inner side ends of the reinforcing main edges on the corresponding sides and extend to the outside. Mounting between the main formwork and the side formworks is completed through a modularized structure, the mortise and tenon joint structure is arranged, mounting convenience is improved, mounting quality is improved, protrusions in inserting grooves and grooves in limiting rods can be staggered by hammering the limiting rods, and therefore acting force from inside to outside is applied to the opposite-pull screws, and the opposite-pull screws are prevented from being damaged.
