The invention discloses a fabricated construction method for concealed laying of wire conduits. The method comprises the following steps: 1, bending a conduit into an L shape to obtain a bent pipe; secondly, the long end of the bent pipe is fixed to the ring beam reinforcing steel bar through a binding wire, the short end of the L-shaped bent pipe is made to be vertically upward, and then the short end of the bent pipe is kept in a vertically fixed state by fixing a vertical supporting device; thirdly, structural floor slab concrete can be poured on the ring beam steel bars; and fourthly, after the concrete is solidified, the fixed vertical supporting device is taken down, the pipe head, exceeding the surface of the concrete, of the bent pipe is removed, and finally a pipe opening in the short end of the bent pipe is plugged with a plug cap. The device is ingenious in conception, the leading-up part of the bent pipe can be well kept in a vertical state during pouring through the fixed vertical supporting device, and the fixed vertical supporting device is convenient to disassemble and assemble, convenient to use and high in practicability.
