When the seat is full of passengers, subsequent waiting passengers can sit on the seat plate to have a rest, the situation that the passengers who need to wait for a long time feel uncomfortable due to standing for a long time is reduced, and when the waiting time of the passengers is short and the passengers do not need to sit down to have a rest, the backup plate and the seat plate can be stored.
