The invention discloses a self-adaptive damping door stopper which comprises a base plate, a parallel connection seat, a cylinder barrel, a guide rod, an air cylinder, a latch block located in a guide rod cavity seat, a telescopic piece composed of a sleeve provided with a magnetic ball head and a firing pin, and a magnetic attraction touch piece installed on a door. The parallel seat is elastically connected with the chassis, the cylinder barrel and the double cylinders are arranged on the parallel seat, and the whole guide rod and a part of the sleeve are coaxially arranged in the cylinder barrel; when the door is opened, a magnetic attraction touch piece on the door collides with and attracts a magnetic ball head, a core column of the magnetic attraction touch piece firstly abuts against a collision needle head in an axis hole of the ball head, so that a needle point collides with a latch block to enable the latch block to slide away so as to relieve blocking on a telescopic piece, and the telescopic piece retracts to the bottom of a cylinder barrel; air pressure is diffused to the wall skirt of the piston, friction force between the piston and the inner wall of the air cylinder is increased, door opening kinetic energy is consumed, the larger the door opening kinetic energy is, the larger the friction force between the piston and the air cylinder is, buffering is more effective, and the smooth damping effect is achieved.
