According to the method, settlement of the ground surface caused by mining is reduced, reasonable utilization of space resources is achieved, the ground surface subsidence area and the space reserved by underground filling mining are used for storing water and energy, the shortage of water resources in a mining area is relieved, cost is reduced, and reasonable allocation of the resources is achieved.
