Preparation method of glass paste compositely acting with aluminum nitride and composite material of glass paste
The invention relates to a glass slurry compounded with aluminum nitride. The glass slurry comprises the following raw materials: quartz sand, boric acid, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, sodium carbonate, barium carbonate and aluminum oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in percentage by mass, uniformly mixing, melting to obtain homogenized glass liquid, pouring the homogenized glass liquid into cold water, quickly cooling to form glass slag, drying, grinding to obtain glass powder, mixing the glass powder with organic matters in proportion, and grinding to obtain glass slurry; and uniformly coating the surface of an aluminum nitride substrate with the coating, drying, curing, sintering at high temperature, and cooling. The glass slurry has good bonding performance with the surface of an aluminum nitride substrate, is matched with the thermal expansion coefficient of aluminum nitride, and has good wettability and bonding performance on the surface of aluminum nitride, and the preparation process is simple in operation process, low in sintering temperature and low in cost.
本发明涉及一种与氮化铝复合作用的玻璃浆料,其原料包括:石英砂、硼酸、氧化锌、碳酸钙、碳酸钠、碳酸钡、氧化铝。本发明还涉及一种与氮化铝复合作用的玻璃浆料复合材料的制备方法:将原料按质量百分比称取混匀,熔融得到均化的玻璃液倒入冷水中,快速冷却形成玻璃渣,烘干、研磨处理得到玻璃粉末后与有机物按比例混合研磨获得玻璃浆料,将其均匀涂覆在氮化铝基材表面,后干燥固化,高温烧结后冷却即得。该玻璃浆料与氮化铝基片表面具有良好的结合性能,与氮化铝的热膨胀系数相匹配、在氮化铝表面的润湿性能良好、结合性能良好,且制备工艺操作过程简单,烧结温度低、成本低廉。
