The invention provides an aged asphalt mortar regeneration method and regenerated asphalt mortar. The aged asphalt mortar regeneration method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a waste asphalt mixture with a regenerant, and stirring to obtain a mixed material; s2, putting the mixed material and dry ice into a reaction kettle, heating and pressurizing the reaction kettle to enable carbon dioxide to be in a supercritical state, and swelling the mixed material under heat and pressure preservation; s3, reducing the pressure of the reaction kettle to normal pressure, keeping the temperature, standing, taking out a mixed material, and standing at normal temperature and normal pressure to obtain a regenerated waste asphalt mixture; and S4, heating the matrix asphalt to a flowing state, adding the regenerated waste asphalt mixture and mineral powder into the matrix asphalt, uniformly stirring and mixing, and molding. According to the regeneration method of the aged asphalt mortar, the permeation efficiency of the regenerant in the aged asphalt mortar can be improved, and the regeneration performance of the aged asphalt mortar can be remarkably recovered.
