On the basis that the utilization rate of the recycled coarse aggregate is increased, the nano silicon dioxide and the steel fibers with specific dosages are selected to be matched with the recycled coarse aggregate, and the obtained concrete has excellent anti-freezing, anti-carbonization and anti-permeation performance.
