The composite material has excellent crack resistance and wear resistance, and keeps high strength and chemical stability of the zirconia ceramic block. In the prepared zirconium oxide ceramic block composite material, the interface bonding strength of graphene and zirconium oxide is greater than 30 MPa, an interface layer formed by interface bonding of graphene and zirconium oxide is silicon carbide, and the thickness of the interface layer formed by interface bonding of graphene and zirconium oxide is 10-100 nanometers. The graphene-containing zirconium oxide ceramic block composite material provided by the invention has excellent crack resistance and wear resistance, keeps high strength and chemical stability of the zirconium oxide ceramic block, and has a wide application prospect.
