The invention relates to a silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material with a BN/SiC/Y2Si2O7 multilayer interface and a preparation method of the silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) depositing a BN interface on the surface of a silicon carbide fiber to prepare a SiCf/BN preform; (2) depositing a SiC interface on the surface of the obtained SiCf/BN prefabricated body to prepare a SiCf/BN/SiC prefabricated body; (3) preparing a Y2Si2O7 interface layer on the surface of the obtained SiCf/BN/SiC prefabricated body by adopting sol-gel, dip-coating and high-temperature pyrolysis, so as to prepare a SiCf/BN/SiC/Y2Si2O7 prefabricated body; and (4) carrying out SiC matrix densification on the obtained SiCf/BN/SiC/Y2Si2O7 prefabricated body, so as to obtain the SiCf/SiC ceramic matrix composite material with the BN/SiC/Y2Si2O7 multi-layer interface.
