Composite film and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting, grinding and sieving a carbon felt/graphite felt, and vibrating and dispersing the carbon felt/graphite felt in a closed space to obtain continuously and uniformly falling carbon fiber dust; uniformly spraying the graphene oxide slurry into a closed space, and physically mixing the graphene oxide slurry with the carbon fiber dust according to a certain proportion to obtain a mixed solution with uniformly mixed solid and liquid; depositing the mixed solution on a polypropylene fiber base material to obtain a graphene oxide/carbon fiber composite film; the composite film passes through a drying machine, and a graphene oxide/carbon fiber composite dry film is obtained; performing carbonization heat treatment on the graphene oxide/carbon fiber composite dry film in an oxygen-free environment to obtain a carbonized film; performing graphitization heat treatment on the carbonized film in an oxygen-free environment to obtain a graphitized film; and carrying out calendering and densifying treatment on the graphitized film to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity ultrathin graphene/carbon fiber composite film. The method has the advantage that the carbon fiber powder is uniform in the graphene oxide slurry.
