Waste aluminum scrap composite foamed slag concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses waste aluminum scrap composite foamed slag concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of heat preservation and noise reduction concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.3 to 0.7 part of waste aluminum skimmings, 10 to 50 parts of slag, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of a foaming agent, 7.5 to 12.5 parts of a foam stabilizer, 0.5 to 1.0 part of a water reducing agent and 100 parts of cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the foaming agent and the foam stabilizer, and obtaining foam by using a foam maker; mixing and stirring slag, a water reducing agent, cement and waste aluminum skimmings to obtain a stirred material; mixing the foam into the stirred material, and stirring to obtain a mixture; and filling the mixture into a test mold, vibrating, hardening and shaping, and removing the test mold to obtain the waste aluminum scrap composite foamed slag concrete. The obtained waste aluminum scrap composite foamed slag concrete realizes solid waste utilization, and has the advantages of light weight, high bonding strength, good thermal insulation and noise reduction, greenness, environmental protection and the like.
