The invention relates to the field of aqueduct water-stop grooves, and discloses a prefabricated aqueduct water-stop groove structure which comprises a water-stop groove body, a groove is formed in the middle of the inner wall of the water-stop groove body in the length direction of the water-stop groove body, a preparation structure is arranged in the groove, and the preparation structure is installed on the water-stop groove body through a rotating structure. A locating structure is further arranged between the preparation structure and the water stop groove body, cleaning structures are arranged at the upper positions of the two ends in the water stop groove body, and when one water stop groove body in the water conveying system is damaged and replaced, the water stop groove body can be replaced after the corresponding connecting structure is dismantled. The preparation plates on the preparation structures in the groove bodies of the two adjacent water stop grooves are pulled out and spliced together to achieve temporary water conveying work and guarantee normal proceeding of the water conveying work, the preparation plates can be rotated out of the water stop grooves through the rotating structures, impurities blocked in the water stop grooves are directly poured out, more labor is saved during cleaning, and the water stop grooves are convenient to clean. And the cleaning efficiency is improved.
