The tubular pile moves to a piling position of the piling platform in a state that the upper end is lifted and the lower end is dragged; and the pipe pile is driven to the set depth. The pile guiding mechanism is designed for berth pile sinking construction, the stability, accuracy and speed of hoisting and transferring the pipe pile to a pile driving position are improved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
