The micro pump station comprises a stainless steel base arranged at the bottom of a catch basin body, the inner wall of one side of the bottom of the catch basin body communicates with a water inlet pipe, the inner wall of the other side of the bottom of the catch basin body communicates with a water drainage pipe, and an annular positioning groove is formed in the outer wall of the top of the stainless steel base; an arc-shaped grating steel plate and an arc-shaped solid steel plate are fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the annular positioning groove through bolts, and rectangular fenders are welded to the outer walls of the two ends of the arc-shaped solid steel plate; the detachable design is adopted as a whole, transportation in the installation process is facilitated, cleaning can be completed through quick disassembly in the later cleaning and maintenance process, and the positioning supporting rods arranged on the periphery of the stainless steel base can avoid equipment deviation caused by sewage impact; and the throw-in type liquid level meter can timely feed back the liquid level height of sewage in the catch basin, and is simple and convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种带拦污格栅的微型泵站，包括设置在雨水井本体底部的不锈钢底座，所述雨水井本体的底部一侧内壁连通有进水管，且雨水井本体的底部另一侧内壁连通有排水管，所述不锈钢底座的顶部外壁开有环形定位槽，所述环形定位槽的底部外壁通过螺栓分别固定有弧形格栅钢板和弧形实心钢板，所述弧形实心钢板的两端外壁均焊接有矩形翼子板；本发明整体采用可拆分式设计，不仅方便安装过程中的运输，并且在后期的清理维护过程中，也能快速拆卸完成清理，并且不锈钢底座四周设置的定位支杆可以避免污水冲击导致设备偏移，采用的投入式液位计可以及时反馈得知雨水井内部污水液位高度，使用简单便捷。
