The invention discloses a modularly-assembled building energy-saving, heat-insulating and noise-reducing internal partition wall board which comprises a wall body, an assembling mechanism, a sealing mechanism and a noise-reducing mechanism, partition plates are arranged in the wall body, sliding grooves are formed in the left ends of the partition plates correspondingly, a mounting groove is formed in the upper side of the left end of the wall body, a sealing plate is connected to the right side in the mounting groove through fastening screws, and avoiding grooves are formed in the left sides of the upper end and the lower end of the wall body correspondingly; the assembling mechanism comprises vertical plates, push plates and adjusting rods, the vertical plates are slidably connected with the left wall of the wall body, and the push plates are arranged on the upper sides and the lower sides of the front ends of the vertical plates. The structure is simple, the assembly is convenient, a gap between a wall body and a mounting station is reduced, the heat preservation effect is improved, and meanwhile the problem that the noise reduction effect of coke paint is affected due to the high environment temperature is solved.
