The invention provides a fabricated low-energy-consumption non-dismantling wall module. The fabricated low-energy-consumption non-dismantling wall module combines a fabricated building concept and a low-energy-consumption building concept. Comprising a single-side external thermal insulation outer wall body module, a double-side thermal insulation foundation wall (parapet) wall body module and a non-thermal insulation inner wall body module which are respectively used for construction of an outer wall, a foundation wall (parapet) and an inner wall. The foundation wall and the parapet wall are provided with heat preservation layers on the two sides, structural heat bridges are reduced, heat insulation connecting pieces adopt non-metal glass fiber reinforced plastic ribs (GFRP), point-shaped heat bridges of the outer wall are reduced, the inner steel wire mesh and the outer steel wire mesh are connected through the heat insulation connecting pieces to form a three-dimensional framework, the integrity of the module is improved, and the heat insulation performance of the module is improved. The continuous reinforced concrete shear wall poured in the cavity and the cast-in-place concrete layers of the roof and the ground jointly act, the air tightness requirement of a building is met, the formwork splicing rabbets and the heat preservation splicing rabbets jointly act, and the situation that rainwater flows to the heat preservation plate to cause heat preservation failure is avoided.
