The invention discloses a ship lock hoist hydraulic pump station which comprises a motor, a hydraulic pump, an oil tank, a base, a bell jar, a motor base, a pressure regulating valve, an oil return filter, a flow meter, a control valve set, an oil outlet pipe assembly, a high-pressure ball valve and an oil tank. One end of the hydraulic pump is connected with the oil tank through a pipeline, the other end of the hydraulic pump is connected with the pressure regulating valve through a pipeline, the oil return filter is installed on the oil tank, a working interface of the pressure regulating valve is connected with the control valve set through the flowmeter, and a working interface of the control valve set is connected with the gate oil cylinder and the valve oil cylinder through the oil outlet pipe assembly and the high-pressure ball valve. The pressure regulating valve and the oil return port of the control valve group are connected with the oil return filter through the oil return pipe, the control valve group controls the valve and the gate to be opened and closed, a main element and a standby element are arranged in the system, normal operation of the hoist system can be guaranteed when the elements break down, stability of the system is improved, and smoothness of a water transportation channel is guaranteed.
