A structure for manufacturing a door/window frame of a door/window shell, such as a door and/or window for anchoring to a support wall, comprising at least one metal end element (2) adapted to define an outer surface (3) of the door/window frame, and a substantially straight insulating element (4), the thermal insulation element is adapted to facilitate thermal insulation between environments located respectively inside and outside the door/window frame structure. Providing at least one pair of straight metal profiles (13), said metal profiles (13) having a first end (16) for direct coupling with the thermal insulation element (4); at least one profile of the pair of profiles has a second end (19) adapted to be directly anchored to the metal end element (2).
