The invention discloses a device for pouring a floor slab and the floor slab manufactured by pouring the same. The device comprises a bottom template, an end plate and a bottom template, a plurality of insertion holes are formed in corresponding positions of the two end plates; a plurality of insertion holes are also formed in the corresponding positions of the two side plates; plugs used for inserting reinforcing steel bars and sealing reinforcing steel bar inserting gaps are mounted in the inserting holes of the end plates in a threaded manner; a through hole for a reinforcing steel bar to penetrate through is formed in the plug; plugs are mounted in part of the insertion holes of the side plates in a threaded manner; prefabricated parts used for being inserted into concrete so as to form preformed holes in the side edge of the floor formed through pouring, wherein the ends, extending out of the floor, of steel bars can be inserted into the preformed holes in the side edge of the floor are installed in the other part of the inserting holes of the side plates in a threaded mode. Two corresponding positions of the two side plates in the left-right direction form a mounting position group; and a plug and a prefabricated part are respectively arranged at two positions of the mounting position group. The device for pouring the floor slab is high in production efficiency, and the manufactured floor slab is high in structural precision and structural strength.
本发明公开了一种用于浇筑楼板的装置及其浇筑制成的楼板，装置包括：底模板、端板和；两个端板在对应位置形成有多个插孔；两个侧板在对应位置也形成有多个插孔；端板的插孔内螺纹安装有用于插装钢筋并密封钢筋插装缝隙的堵头；堵头形成有用于供钢筋穿过的通孔；侧板的部分插孔内螺纹安装有堵头；侧板的另外部分插孔内螺纹安装有用于插入至混凝土内以在浇筑形成的楼板侧边形成供伸出楼板的钢筋的端部插入的预留孔的预制件；两个侧板在左右方向上相对应的两个位置为一个安装位置组；安装位置组的两个位置分别设置堵头和预制件。本发明的用于浇筑楼板的装置的生产效率高，且制成的楼板的结构精度和结构强度都高。
