The invention provides a filling G material and application thereof. Compared with a conventional gelatinizing agent in the market, the filling G material has the advantages that the strength of a filling body is improved by 30%-100% under the condition of the same dosage through composite excitation of various excitants such as the quick-hardening sulphoaluminate clinker, the slaked lime, the desulfurized gypsum, the sodium sulfate and the triethanolamine; and secondly, the filling G material does not influence the fluidity of the filling slurry, and the fluidity of the filling slurry is improved by using the flow promoting agent, so that the technical problems that the existing conventional novel cementing material takes the superfine slag powder as a main material, the particle size of the material is relatively small, the specific surface area is relatively large, the water absorption capacity is relatively large, and the concentration of the filling slurry cannot be improved are effectively solved. The filling G material provided by the invention has high adaptability to different types of tailings, and overcomes the technical defect that the filling G material needs to be adapted to different types of tailings by continuously changing the formula of a filling cementing material in the prior art.
本发明提供了一种充填G料及其应用。该充填G料通过快硬硫铝酸盐熟料、熟石灰、脱硫石膏、硫酸钠、三乙醇胺等多种激发剂的复合激发,与市面上常规的胶凝剂相比,相同的用量情况下,充填体强度提高30%~100%不等;其次,充填G料不影响充填料浆流动性,通过使用促流剂改善充填料浆的流动性,有效克服了现有常规的新型胶凝材料以矿渣微粉为主材,物料粒径偏细,比表面积较大,吸水量比较大,容易造成充填料浆浓度无法提高的技术问题。本发明提供的充填G料针对不同类型的尾砂适应性较强,克服了现有技术需要通过不停更改充填胶凝材料配方来适应不同尾砂类型的技术缺陷。
