The invention discloses a reverse-flow type hot mix plant recycling drying roller, and relates to the technical field of asphalt production equipment. The regeneration drying roller comprises an external drying roller and an internal drying roller, the external drying roller is divided into a fine material guiding area and a mixed material lifting area in the axial direction, and the length of the fine material guiding area is 1/3-1/2 of the total length of the external drying roller; the internal drying roller is coaxially fixed to the fine material guiding area and is divided into a material guiding and screening area and a coarse material lifting area in the axial direction, and the length of the material guiding and screening area is 1/3-1/2 of the total length of the internal drying roller. Asphalt recycled materials are screened into coarse materials and fine materials through the internal drying roller, the coarse materials are in a material curtain state all the time, and the heating efficiency is improved. Fine materials advance along the drum wall of the external drying drum and are mixed and heated with coarse materials in the mixing and lifting area, so that the situation that the fine materials form a material curtain too early is avoided, the situation that the fine materials are sucked away by an induced draft system is reduced, and drum wall adhesion or asphalt aging caused by too early heating of the fine materials is reduced.
