The invention provides a transverse moving system adjacent to an existing high-speed railway box girder, which comprises two slideways distributed below a to-be-constructed box girder at an interval and horizontally extending to one side far away from the existing high-speed railway in the width direction of the to-be-constructed box girder; the sliding shoes used for bearing a to-be-constructed box girder are arranged on the sliding ways, and the sliding shoes are assembled along the sliding ways in a sliding mode; one end of the traction cable is connected to the side, close to the existing high-speed railway, of the sliding way, and the other end of the traction cable penetrates through the sliding shoe and then is connected with a driving mechanism so as to push the sliding shoe to transversely move along the sliding way. According to the steel truss girder transverse moving construction method, splicing is conducted in the direction away from the railway and predeviated from the design position by 15 m, after splicing is completed, the steel truss girder is transversely moved to the design position through transverse moving construction, the operation safety of the existing railway is effectively guaranteed, the construction period is shortened, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明提供一种邻近既有高铁铁路箱梁的横移系统,包括:滑道,两个所述滑动间隔分布于待施工箱梁下方,并沿待施工箱梁的宽度方向水平延伸至远离既有高铁铁路的一侧;滑靴,所述滑道上设置有用于承载待施工箱梁的滑靴,所述滑靴沿所述滑道滑动装配;牵引缆绳,所述牵引缆绳的一端连接在滑道靠近既有高铁铁路的一侧,另一端穿过滑靴后连接驱动机构,以推动所述滑靴沿滑道横移。钢桁梁横移施工的方法,远离铁路方向、预偏设计位置15m进行拼装,拼装完成后,利用横移施工将钢桁梁横移至设计位置,有效的保证了既有铁路的运营安全,缩短工期,提高施工质量。
