The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a bridge pier column anti-explosion reinforcing and rapid repairing device which comprises an adjusting ring, an extension rod, a heavy object, a connecting plate and an auxiliary pier body. The multiple adjusting rings are coaxially installed, the extension rod is vertically placed and slidably connected with the adjusting rings, the heavy object and the adjusting rings are coaxially installed, the extension rod extends through vertically-downward force provided by the heavy object, and meanwhile the distance between the multiple adjusting rings is increased. Further, the extension rod covers the defect area of the bridge pier stud in the vertical direction; the auxiliary pier bodies are connected with the adjusting ring through the connecting plates, and the multiple auxiliary pier bodies are arranged on the side wall of the adjusting ring in an annular array mode. By designing the adjusting ring pulled by the gravity of a heavy object, the extension rod can effectively cover the defect position of the to-be-maintained pier under the restriction of the arc-shaped grooves of two sizes, and then frame support and anti-explosion protection for concrete pouring in emergency situations are provided.
