By arranging the circular shaft, the plugging plate, the circular rod, the driving motor and the rotating rod, after the driving motor is started, the driving shaft can drive the rotating rod to rotate, and due to the fact that the inner surface of the rotating rod and the outer surface of the circular rod are movably connected in a sleeving mode, along with rotation of the rotating rod, the inner wall of the rotating rod can generate thrust on the outer surface of the circular rod; the round rod is pushed to drive the plugging plate and the connecting rod to rotate with the round shaft as the axis, and when the plugging plate rotates by 90 degrees, the liquid outlet pipe can be plugged, so that the repair liquid is prevented from dripping, and the waste of the repair liquid is reduced.
