Construction method of prefabricated square pile and long spiral cast-in-place composite core pile
The invention provides a construction method of a prefabricated square pile and a long spiral cast-in-place composite sandwich pile. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1) early-stage preparation of construction; (2) constructing a long spiral drilling cast-in-place fine aggregate concrete cast-in-place pile; (3) a hollow square pile is pressed in; (4) the composite sandwich pile is constructed; and (5) the pile top bearing platform of the composite sandwich pile is constructed. The problems that a cast-in-place pile and a precast pile are large in construction difficulty, unstable in quality and the like under the geological condition of a thick silt layer are solved. In a stratum containing a silt layer, a local fine aggregate concrete outer ring layer is firstly formed, then prefabricated hollow square piles are inserted, filling is conducted on the interiors of the hollow square piles, and a pile body formed by combining the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer is formed, so that the prefabricated hollow square piles can sink to the designed elevation conveniently, the stability of the local silt layer can be kept, and the overall bearing capacity of the pile body is enhanced; and the construction cost is also saved.
本发明提供一种预制方桩与长螺旋现浇复合夹芯桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1)施工前期准备;步骤2)长螺旋钻孔现灌注细石混凝土灌注桩施工;步骤3)压入空心方桩;步骤4)复合夹芯桩施工;步骤5)复合夹芯桩桩顶承台施工。本发明解决含有较厚的粉砂层地质条件下灌注桩、预制桩施工难度大,质量不稳定等问题。在含有粉砂层的地层中,先形成局部的细石混凝土外环层,再插入预制空心方桩,空心方桩内部再进行填筑,形成内、中、外三层复合的桩体,既便于预制空心方桩下沉至设计标高,又能保持局部粉砂层的稳定,增强桩体的整体承载力,也节省了施工成本。
