The two ends of the connecting section reinforcing steel bar are connected with the corresponding longitudinal load-bearing reinforcing steel bars on the two sides respectively, and the connecting section reinforcing steel bar is further provided with a plurality of bent protrusions; a plurality of interface connecting steel bars are connected between the middle connecting section and the first pouring concrete on the two sides, high-ductility concrete comprising a plurality of layers is poured in the middle connecting section, and a plurality of holes distributed in a staggered mode are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the boundary between every two adjacent layers through soft materials. And the middle connecting section forms the complete raft foundation seamless connecting joint.
