本发明涉及一种地铁车站现浇混凝土侧墙大钢模支模体系的施工方法,包括以下步骤:浇筑底板混凝土,依托侧墙基座绑扎侧墙钢筋笼;在底板上间隔铺装垫梁和纵向限位槽,垫梁上设置竖向千斤顶;吊装大钢模,基坑内支撑设置液压杆大钢模面板抵在顶面;浇筑侧墙混凝土。本发明的有益效果是:研发了纵横向高精度调整大钢模施工技术,通过设置垫梁及滑梁结构,利用纵向千斤顶及横向千斤顶实现大钢模的高精度调整;针对大钢模上存在基坑内支撑、存在逆做顶板和既不存在基坑内支撑又不存在逆做顶板提出了三种对应的液压杆设置方法,实现在多种情况下均能对大钢模面板进行顶撑固定,进一步提升了抗浮效果。
