The invention discloses an automatic operation monitoring method for an unmanned bulldozer, and the method comprises the steps: installing an oil cylinder pressure sensor and a stroke sensor at a pressure measurement point of each oil cylinder of a bulldozer scraper knife, installing a pin shaft force measurement device at a proper position of each stress rod piece of the bulldozer scraper knife, and installing a receiving device of a satellite navigation device on the bulldozer. The engine rotating speed sensor collects engine rotating speed information to serve as real-time input data of engine information, a logical algorithm process is edited through the data, and automatic operation control over the unmanned bulldozer is achieved according to the logical algorithm process. The system can automatically judge whether the unmanned bulldozer is in an overload range or not according to a logical algorithm, if not, the rotating speed of an engine of the bulldozer under large-load full-load operation can be automatically adjusted, the operation efficiency of the bulldozer is improved, and the working efficiency of the bulldozer is improved. The problems of insufficient load, overload operation identification and logic control adjustment in overload application of an unmanned bulldozer at present can be solved.
