According to the kitchen intelligent drainage system provided by the invention, the filter, the liquid level switch, the alarm device, the water break valve and the electric control box are arranged, when the filter is blocked, the liquid level switch can generate an electric signal and transmit the electric signal to the electric control box, and the electric control box can control the alarm device to act to remind a worker of blockage so as to quickly make a response. Meanwhile, the electric control box can control the water break valve to be closed, so that the situation that more waste water is generated due to continuous water supply of the water supply pipe, and the waste water overflows from the water drainage pipe is avoided. Maintenance work of sailors is reduced, and stable operation of the drainage system is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种厨房智能排水系统中，通过设置过滤器、液位开关、报警装置、断水阀和电控箱，当过滤器堵塞时，液位开关会产生电信号并传送给电控箱，电控箱会控制报警装置动作，提醒工作人员发生堵塞，以迅速作出反应。同时，电控箱会控制断水阀关闭，以防止由于送水管不断送水，产生更多的废水，造成废水从排水管中反溢出来。进而减少船员的维护工作，保证排水系统的稳定运行。
