The invention relates to the technical field of curtain walls, and discloses an easy-to-install adjustable building curtain wall structure which comprises a cross beam and a stand column, a connecting plate is fixedly connected to the side, close to an external wall body, of the cross beam, and the inner wall of a cavity formed by the connecting plate and the cross beam is attached to the outer surface of a heat preservation sealing plate. The stand column is rotationally connected with a panel through a limiting groove formed in the inner wall of the stand column, an adjusting piece used for correcting the angle of the panel is arranged on the inner side of the lower cross beam, a driving piece is inserted into an inner cavity of a circular ring through the adjusting piece, and a positioning block on the outer side of the circular ring moves in the direction away from the circular ring till the outer side of the positioning block is in meshed connection with a positioning shaft; and then the driving piece is rotated, the driving piece rotates to drive the positioning shaft to rotate, the positioning shaft rotates to drive the positioning plate to move, the positioning plate moves to drive the bottom end of the panel to move through the clamping block, the top end of the panel rotates with the limiting groove as the center, and the purpose of adjusting the angle of the installed panel is achieved.
