Method for installing curtain wall at bottom of large-span steel corridor
The invention discloses a method for installing a curtain wall at the bottom of a large-span steel corridor. The method comprises the following steps that coordinates and heights of curtain wall connecting rods are calculated; surveying and setting out are carried out; a curtain wall connecting rod is welded to the bottom of the steel corridor; the whole curtain wall is split into a plurality of curtain wall units; a fixed lifting point is arranged on the steel corridor, the position of a follow-up lifting point on the steel corridor is adjusted, and a steel wire rope winds around the fixed lifting point and the follow-up lifting point and then lifts the curtain wall unit; the hoisting system turns over the curtain wall units; the hoisting system lifts the curtain wall unit; and the curtain wall units are welded with the curtain wall connecting rods. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the curtain wall connecting rods and the curtain wall units are mounted or spliced in advance before hoisting, and are directly hoisted to the mounting height during hoisting and are connected in a welding manner, so that the process of high-altitude operation is simplified and shortened, and the safety coefficient of construction is improved; and the follow-up lifting points can be adjusted along with the mounting positions of the curtain wall units, so that the lifting operation is flexible and adjustable, and the applicability of the operation is improved.
