Hinge structure and refrigerator
The hinge structure comprises a pair of hinge bases arranged outside the front face of a refrigerator body in a spaced mode, a door body is installed at the position between the pair of hinge bases, and three hinge shafts located on the same straight line are arranged on each hinge base at intervals; the guide grooves are formed in the end face of the door body and matched with the hinge shafts respectively, when the door body is opened and closed relative to the refrigerator body, the hinge shafts slide along the guide grooves, and the door body does not exceed the side face of the refrigerator body in the sliding process. The three-shaft hinge is simple in structure, and the three shafts are matched with the three guide grooves of the guide block, so that the door body cannot exceed the side face of the box body and the minimum distance between the door body and the box body all the time in the rotating process of the door body. And when the door body is in a closed state, the groove depth of the guide groove is larger than the length of the shaft, the door body cannot be opened without the action of external force, the structure plays a role of a door closer, the design of the three-shaft hinge and the guide block is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
本发明提出了一种铰链结构及冰箱,包括:一对间隔设置在箱体的正面外的铰链座,一对铰链座之间的位置安装门体,所述铰链座上间隔设有三根位于同一直线上的铰链轴;设置在所述门体的端面配合每一根铰链轴的导向槽,所述门体相对所述箱体开合时所述铰链轴沿所述导向槽滑动,且滑动过程中门体不超出所述箱体的侧面。本发明提出的三轴铰链结构简单,通过三轴与导向块三条导向槽配合,使门体在转动过程中门体始终不会超出箱体的侧面以及与箱体之间的最小距离。而且在门体处于关闭状态时,导向槽的槽深比轴的长度要大,门体在没有外力的作用下不会开启,此种结构起到闭门器的作用,简化了三轴铰链和导向块的设计和降低了制造成本。
