The invention provides an air conditioning system for a negative pressure isolation ward, the negative pressure isolation ward comprises a treatment area for patient treatment, and a sickbed is placed in the treatment area; the air conditioning system comprises an air supply part which is installed at the position, close to the sickbed, of the top of the treatment area and is configured to blow fresh airflow to the upper side surface of the sickbed; the exhaust part is mounted at the lower part, close to the side wall of the sickbed, of the treatment area, and is configured to extract and discharge polluted airflow inside the treatment area to the outside; wherein fresh airflow conveyed by the air supply part is used for breathing of a patient and drives waste gas exhaled by the patient to be blown to the air exhaust part so as to form directional airflow, and the waste gas exhaled by the patient is directionally exhausted outdoors.
