A leveling device for tiles, used on a surface to level at least two adjacent tiles, and comprising a base (1) designed to be arranged between the at least two adjacent tiles (2) to act by contact with a portion of the lower surface of mutually adjacent tiles; an elongate body (3) originates from the base (1), extending orthogonally therefrom, dimensioned to protrude relative to the upper surface of the tile (2), provided with an externally threaded section (31), the task of which is to allow the body to be grasped from the outside, and comprising a pressure and leveling body (4), the pressure and leveling body (4) being adapted to press the tile (2) against the upper surface of the tile (2). The pressure and leveling body acts by contact with at least one of the upper surfaces of at least two adjacent tiles (2); a manipulation unit (5), the task of which is to allow the threaded section (31) to be grasped from the outside. The actuating unit (5) is designed as at least two parts which are resiliently fixed but separated in an upper region in which at least two nut parts (15) are formed, which, once joined together in contact with one another, form a single nut or threaded bore (25), a threaded extension (31) may be coupled with the single nut or threaded bore (25). The handling unit (5) comprises a pressure surface (35) consisting of a portion of an outer frustoconical surface dimensioned for precise coupling upon contact with the bearing surface (42), the pressure surface also shaped to generally create a portion of an inner frustoconical surface dimensioned for precise coupling upon contact with the bearing surface (42), the pressure and leveling body (4) has an inner frustoconical surface integrally and coaxially formed with the pressure and leveling body (4) in which the portion is axially positioned and dimensioned to fully support a thrust force exerted thereon by coaxial coupling with a pressure surface (35) of the handling unit (5). The actuating unit can be freely coupled so as to rotate about an axis common to the pressure and leveling body (4).
