The present invention relates to a radio wave reflector capable of reflecting radio waves while maintaining intensity and maintaining a landscape. The radio wave reflector of the present invention is used for reflecting radio waves, has a frequency at which the intensity of a reflected wave when an incident wave is specularly reflected reaches-30 dB or more with respect to the intensity of the incident wave, and has a total light transmittance of 65% or more under a D65 standard light source.
