The invention discloses a gypsum batten modifier and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of building materials, the gypsum batten modifier comprises the following raw materials by weight: 35%-45% of composite Portland cement, 5%-15% of a stearic acid-polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, 5%-15% of polycarboxylic acid, 20%-30% of coconut fiber and 10%-20% of quicklime. Through composition and component adjustment of the composite Portland cement, the stearic acid-polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, the polycarboxylic acid, the coconut fiber and the quick lime in the water reducing agent, the compressive strength and the breaking strength of a gypsum batten prepared by adding the prepared modifier into gypsum are improved differently, and the mechanical property of a composite material is remarkably improved; and the modifier is added and mixed in a vacuum mixing environment, oxidative deterioration of the modifier is effectively avoided, the modifier makes contact with air in the subsequent batten forming and airing process, and therefore it is further guaranteed that a formed product possibly has the conditions of dry cracks and fine lines in the drying process, and the stress strength of the finished product is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种石膏条板改性剂及其制备方法,具体涉及建筑材料领域,包括以下重量百分比的原料:复合硅酸盐水泥35%‑45%、硬脂酸‑聚乙烯醇乳液5%‑15%、聚羧酸5%‑15%、椰棕丝20%‑30%和生石灰10%‑20%。本发明通过减水剂中复合硅酸盐水泥、硬脂酸‑聚乙烯醇乳液、聚羧酸、椰棕丝和生石灰的成分组成及成分调整,使得制备的改性剂加入石膏中制备的石膏条板抗压强度及抗折强度均有不同成都的提升,显著提高复合材料的力学性能;且改性剂的添加在真空密炼环境中混合,有效避免其氧化变质,则在后续条板成型晾晒时与空气接触,从而进一步保证成型品在干燥过程中可能出现的干裂、细纹情况,确保成品的受力强度。
