The invention relates to the field of arched girder combined bridges, and discloses a construction method for a starting arch section at the junction of open-spandrel rigid frame bridge columns and arches, which comprises the following steps of: 1, finishing pier construction, and reserving a framework connecting piece at the arch foot position of a lower chord arch on the side surface of a pier; secondly, a stiff framework is installed at the arch foot position of the lower chord arch, the lower end of the stiff framework is connected with a framework connecting piece, the length of the stiff framework is larger than the sum of the length of the lower chord arch 1 # section and the length of the lower chord arch 2 # section, a temporary buckling cable is installed at the upper end of the stiff framework, the upper end of the lower buckling cable is connected with a pier column, a lower chord arch 0 # section is poured, and the framework connecting piece is buried in the lower chord arch 0 # section; pouring the lower chord arch 1 # section by taking the bottom basket system as a support, and taking the stiff skeleton as an internal support of the lower chord arch 1 # section; and thirdly, the lower end of the lower buckle cable is taken down, a second lower chord arch section is poured with the bottom basket system as a support, and the lower end of the lower buckle cable and the second lower chord arch section are connected.
