The invention discloses a method for improving grouting plumpness of a duct of a prefabricated box girder, and relates to the field of fault detection, and the method comprises the following steps: building a water seepage channel: when an anchorage device and steel strands on the box girder are sealed, the anchorage device and the steel strands are not completely sealed, a proper number of steel strands are exposed, and the water seepage channel is formed between the steel strands and the duct of the box girder; the box girder anchorage device mud jacking openings in the two ends of the box girder and the exposed steel strands are sealed through cement paste, conventional complete sealing is not carried out, a certain number of steel strands are exposed, water or slurry seepage water in the box girder is discharged outwards through gaps between the steel strands and the box girder, and due to the fact that the gaps of the steel strands are small, the water leakage is avoided. And during grouting, the valve is closed after the pressure is maintained for a specified time after the grouting is full, the pressure state before the slurry is solidified can still be maintained all the time, a pipeline is connected to the anchorage device, and if bleeding is generated in a static state, a bleeding area is moved outwards into an external pipeline, so that the leakage of the slurry is avoided. 本发明公开了一种提高预制箱梁孔道压浆饱满度的方法,涉及故障检测领域,包括:建立沁水通道:箱梁上的锚具以及钢绞线进行密封时,不完全密封,外露出适当数量的钢绞线,钢绞线与箱梁孔道之间形成沁水通道。本发明中将箱梁两端的箱梁锚具压浆口以及外露的钢绞线用水泥浆进行密封,不按照常规完全密封,而露出一定数量的钢绞线,箱梁内部的水或浆料沁水通过钢绞线与箱梁之间的缝隙向外排出,由于钢绞线的缝隙小,使得可以排出多余水而无法排出浆料,且压浆时,压浆饱满后保压规定时间后关闭阀门,仍旧可以一直维持浆液凝固前处于的压力状态,锚具上连接管道,静止状态下如产生泌水,泌水区外移在外接管道里,解决锚具内泌水导致的压浆不饱满问题。
