The invention discloses a building composite outer wall body and relates to the technical field of building composite wall bodies, the building composite outer wall body comprises a heat preservation layer, a structural layer and a fireproof layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, reinforcing layers are bonded to the end, close to the structural layer, of the heat preservation layer and the end, close to the structural layer, of the fireproof layer correspondingly, and a plurality of pre-pulling anchor rods are evenly distributed on the reinforcing layers; the pre-tensioning anchor rod is embedded in the heat preservation layer or the fireproof layer, the reinforcing layer and the structural layer are bonded through a binder, and the two ends of the structural layer are each provided with a stabilizing structure used for fixing the reinforcing layer.
