The invention discloses an assembly type flexible connecting device suitable for a suspension type track beam, which adopts a height difference adjusting assembly and a horizontal difference adjusting assembly to detachably connect a bailey truss and the track beam respectively, so that the bailey truss and the track beam can be detached for secondary utilization, and waste is avoided; meanwhile, when height deviation and horizontal deviation are generated in the jacking process of the track beam, the height and the horizontal position of the track beam can be adjusted through the height adjusting assembly and the horizontal difference adjusting assembly correspondingly, and therefore it is guaranteed that the structure of the track beam is stable; besides, a deformation buffering assembly is further arranged between the height difference adjusting assembly and the horizontal difference adjusting assembly, so that flexible connection between the track beam and the bailey truss is achieved, when the bailey truss deforms in the jacking process, the deformation buffering assembly generates elastic deformation to absorb energy such as impact and vibration generated by deformation movement of the bailey truss, and the deformation buffering assembly is used for buffering the deformation of the bailey truss. Therefore, the track beams are protected from being influenced by deformation of the bailey truss, the track distance and the track form of the track beams are guaranteed, and the track beams and the bailey truss are connected safely and reliably.
